Hello friends👋, how are you all? oh yes today I want to talk about announcements. Maybe some of you already know what the announcement is😃 and maybe some of you don't know yet 🤔.

Announcement 📢 is a statement (official notification) in oral or written form that contains something for everyone to know. However, not everyone hears or reads the announcer. The text should be brief and explain what, when, where, and who. Sometimes it also explains why and how.

❓Do you all know what the function of that announcement was? 🤔🤔

👉🏼The function of the announcement text is to provide or convey information regarding information, be it events, job vacancies, new student admissions and so on.

Apart from function, there must also be a structure in an announcement, so what is the structure of the announcement? Announcement structure :

1️⃣ Title: This is the most important part because it represents the whole content of the announcement. Even so, sometimes it is not clearly stated.

2️⃣ Explanation: More explanation about the announcement. Usually consists of basic information that includes: type of activity, time, place, and participants.

👉🏽 We can hear or read announcements anywhere, for example oral announcements at school or in public places, while we can read written announcements on bulletin boards, in magazines, and in public places.

=> Announcements also have several types, namely:

1. Missing person announcements

3. News of weddings, birthdays, inaugurations and births

4. winner announcement

5. job vacancy

6. Advertisement

7. Activity / event reports

8. Notification / appeal from the government
